900kW/2097kWh Liquid Cooling Energy Storage Project

Case introduction

• Successfully Commissioned at a Manufacturing Enterprise in Wuyi, Zhejiang Hua Power recently successfully completed the delivery and commissioning of a 900kW/2097kWh user-side energy storage project in Wuyi County, Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province.

  

  The company's business encompasses home appliances, electric tools, and intelligent robotics research and development. The deployment of nine 100kW/233kWh integrated liquid cooling cabinets, equipped with advanced technology and diverse functionalities, has established an efficient, safe, and intelligent energy management system for the enterprise.

  

  This energy storage system will provide the enterprise with multiple core values: 

   

  Battery system: Utilises long-life lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery cells combined with intelligent liquid cooling management to enhance safety and cycle life while reducing the cost per kilowatt-hour (LCOS)

  Intelligent control: Based on an energy management system (EMS) and cloud platform, it dynamically optimises strategies to maximise returns

  Safety Assurance: Three-level BMS monitoring combined with perfluorohexane automatic fire suppression meets fire safety regulations

  Flexible Deployment: Modular cabinet design reduces installation time.

  

  This project implementation marks another significant application of Hua Power's liquid-cooling energy storage technology in the manufacturing sector.
